The Milliken Memorial Community House offers exceptional hospitality and beautiful classically styled spaces for weddings, parties, anniversaries, and more. All rooms include the complimentary use of the restrooms.
Note: Non-profit 501c3 certified, non-religious, and/or community support organizations (ex: academic, charity, historic preservation, school reunion or active school organizations) may choose from the non-profit rates listed.
Security Deposit: All events require a $400 security and damage deposit to hold dates made payable within one week of the booking date. Deposit is returned at the end of the rental period if property is left in acceptable condition according to the rental agreement/rules.
